Staff Hire
Waiting Staff selected to work for Wild Thyme are efficient, discreet and presentable. They can multitask and understand their role is to be of service and convenience to you and your guests. They are smartly dressed in tailored pale blue shirts.
Staff will meet and greet at receptions, serve drinks and canapes, wait at table or serve at buffet table, clear away plates between courses, ensure wine is topped up, help clear up after the event. Above all to be helpful and charming!
Waiting Staff Rates £6 - £9.00 per hour
Assistant Cooks: Sara and Claire are two highly experienced cooks who are invaluable when catering for larger events - as required.
£15 - £20 per hour
Bar Staff and Cocktail Mixologists: can be arranged at an additional cost
Tamsin’s service charge: £22.50 per hour. This rate is charged for time spent working
on the day of the event.
Tamsin’s duties include the supervision of all catering including food preparation and cooking; supervising staff, basically ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
The catering areas will be left clean and tidy, all hire equipment is organised ready for collection by the hire company.
