Special dinner party menus are thoughtfully created with a seasonal slant using the finest local ingredients. They are adaptable. Tamsin is always happy to create a menu to include your favourite dish.
Once you have chosen your menu, Tamsin will prepare as much food at home eg desserts and will prepare and cook your dinner in your kitchen on the evening. This will allow you the luxury to relax and enjoy your party without all the stress.
From time to time however, some choices may be restricted due to market availability and/or number of guests (10+). This is sometimes the case with fish as Tamsin sources fish locally from Beer on the day,
Please inform Tamsin of any guests who are vegetarian or guests who suffer from specific food allergies so that an alternative dish can be created.
Extra serving staff can be arranged to serve and help clear-up after the dinner party leaving your kitchen in order.
