Wedding Venues
We have the ability and flexibility to cater in most venues including basic marquee
service tents and village hall kitchens. Range ovens and refridgeration can be hired in.

Champagne/ Canapé Reception followed by Sumptious Buffet

The most popular format is an informal Champagne and Canapé Reception followed by a Sumptuous Buffet.  This works extremely well because the extensive varied menu appeals to most tastes and looks incredibly colourful and lavish.

Buffet and Canapé Menus

Staff serve all reception drinks and circulate with canapés.  The girls also serve the Buffet from a Buffet Table(s) so guests can select what they like.

Desserts, Coffee and cheese boards are presented to each guest at their table, so there is no need for guests to file up twice.

Weddings and Special Occasions

Tamsin welcomes all enquires and encourages free-ranging consultations with potential clients from the outset (initially via email).

Tamsin is very happy to meet at your venue or  her home near Honiton to discuss your ideas and budget, assess the venue and advise on equipment and staff hire requirements.

Once details are established, a detailed quotation will be emailed to you.  All costs are transparent thus helping you to make your decision.  There are no VAT or corkage costs.

Complementary Tastings are offered upon confirmation of booking.  This is an important opportunity to fine tune details, discuss food tastes and presentation.
