Leg of lamb marinated in Chemoula paste, roasted medium rare, sliced and served on large open platters
Chicken Tagine (chicken breast chunks and drumsticks) with apricots, rosemary & ginger
Chicken Tagine with preserved lemons, green olives and thyme
Orange, radish, pomegranate salad with orange blossom/olive oil dressing
Salad of mixed leaves, toasted almonds, lemon/olive oil dressing
Marinated aubergine with saffron yoghurt, toasted pinenuts and pomegranate seeds
Roasted Butternut Squash & feta salad with chilli cranberry dressing, rocket, red peppers
Plain couscous with chopped mint, flatleaf parsley and couscous with diced tomato & herb
