Smoked Salmon with orange dressing and avocado paté
Grilled peach salad with parma ham &  creamy goats cheese dressing
Roast Asparagus with parma ham and parmesan
Pan fried Scallops with pancetta
Caramelised mushroom tart
Avocado, prawn & crab terrine
Porcini Mushroom & Chicken Liver parfait, toasted brioche, tomato chutney

Marinated Balsamic Westcountry Beef with Asparagus
new potatoes and tenderstem broccoli with watercress pesto
 
Lemon and herb crusted Lamb Cutlets (summer)
served with lemon courgettes , feta & watercress salad 
Fennel and Potato Dauphinois

Braised Lamb Shanks with Saffron & Pea Risotto (autumn/winter)
 
Pan-roasted Venison Loins with braised red cabbage, roast potatoes

Pan-fried Supreme Breast of Chicken
with braised lentils, slow roast tomatoes, basil oil, aioli mayonnaise
   
Supreme Breast of Chicken or Guinea fowl
served with asparagus, broad beans, peas, baby carrots, 
creamy mustard and creme fraiche sauce chopped chives

Seared Duck Breast with blood orange and star anise sauce (autumn/winter)

Salmon Fillet, asparagus, with chive & lovage sauce, minted new potatoes
Fillets of Sea Bass  on provencal lentils
