Andy and I have just come back from our honeymoon to Morocco and are still buzzing from such a great wedding. Your food was outstanding! Our guests really enjoyed the wedding, and such a big part of this was due to the fact the catering was superb. When Andy and I arrived at the reception, I was thrilled to be met by a Peach Bellini and the crushed pea and mint crostini - delicious! The pre-wedding discussions on menu choices was very valuable. The extra advice given re special requirements to ensure the day went to plan was very enlightening and a great help to us in the planning of the day. The hire equipment sourced by Tamsin all arrived in a timely manner. The food was all locally sourced and extremely delicious. The preparation carried out on the day ensured that everything was very fresh. The staff added to the day by being extremely helpful and friendly. They were very attentive, watching to ensure guests drinks were topped up. This was carried out without being intrusive. The overall smooth running of the day from arrival Pimms and Canapes to the meal itself, then Champagne toasts and toasts and cake cutting all went extremely well. This was excellently managed by Tamsin. Her politeness and enthusiasm and that of her staff ensured the day was a great success.

This event was small in comparison to the wedding but the pre-event discussion and advice was equally as good as the main event. The food was excellent. The salads were wonderful. The Devon Ham and the Quiches were delicious. The Jazz day was a great success and I would like to add to the wedding day comments:-

Firstly, I must apologise for not contacting you sooner to say a huge thank you for the lovely meal you served up for us on 17th. It was wonderful that we didn’t have to think about the cooking or the washing up (until we actually left the table that is and believe me there was loads!) which made for a really relaxing and enjoyable time. The weather was a real bonus and the photographs we have had back are great and really captured the mood of the day. Thank you once again for everything and pass on our thanks also to Christabel who also contributed to the success. If an occasion arises again that will require your services I shall without doubt be contacting you again.

Martin and I would like to say a very big thank you to you and all of your team for the truly fabulous catering at our wedding. The food was excellent - I heard more than one guest say to another that it was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding and I really do have to agree (although I know I am a little biased perhaps!). I have to say that I enjoyed the whole experience of choosing the food, coming to your house for the taster session (such fun!) and I know that you supported Mum all the way through the whole process of catering at an unusual location.
I loved the fact that the ingredients were so often locally sourced, so the crab starter was perfect and also that you were so willing and supportive in having a chocolate torte for dessert that was not on your list but had personal significance for me. I particularly liked the salmon which was just delicious and the salads were so colourful and beautifully presented. I am still amazed at how quickly the guests worked their way through each of the buffet stations - it just all worked so well.
I’m not quite sure how you manage to do it all but it felt absolutely seamless from my perspective, so thank you. I would also like to make particular mention of your team who I believe are Christabel, Claire, Syra, Carly, Alice, Natasha, Helena, Sophie Lexi, Tory and Katie (if I have missed anyone, I do apologise as I am keen to include everyone).
One of my university friends said that the girl waiting at their table was the friendliest, smiliest waitress they had ever come across. I found every single member of the team to be excellent and would like to pass on my thanks to the whole team.
